SendReach Warmer ("we", "our", or "us"), operated under gostackall.online, provides automated email warmup, deliverability enhancement, and sender reputation monitoring tools. This Privacy Policy explains how our software interacts with, accesses, and protects your information when connecting email accounts via OAuth 2.0 or IMAP/SMTP.

1. Information We Collect and Access

When you connect an account to SendReach Warmer (such as Google Workspace or Gmail seed mailboxes), our platform requests access only to the scopes required to execute deliverability warmup operations:

Account Identification: Email address and profile display name to identify connected inboxes within your dashboard.
Gmail API Scopes:
- https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.modify: Used exclusively to identify warmup emails, mark them as read, star/mark as important, and rescue legitimate emails from the Spam folder by moving them to the primary Inbox.
- https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send: Used solely to generate simulated, in-thread conversational replies back to authorized warmup senders.

Google API Limited Use Disclosure

SendReach Warmer's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically:
• We do not sell your data to third parties.
• We do not use your email content for advertising, marketing, or commercial profiling.
• We do not allow humans to read your email messages unless you have given explicit consent for technical troubleshooting, or if required for security or legal compliance.

2. How Your Data is Used

Data accessed via OAuth tokens is utilized strictly for automated platform mechanics:

Detecting warmup messages sent by your authorized domains.
Removing warmup messages from the Spam folder and applying positive engagement indicators (Inbox placement, Starred, Important).
Dispatching delayed conversational replies to build sender trust across mailbox providers.

3. Token Storage & Security

We implement industry-standard administrative and technical security measures. OAuth refresh tokens and access credentials are encrypted at rest and transmitted strictly over TLS/HTTPS. Tokens are stored locally on your platform deployment and are never broadcast to public networks.

4. User Control & Data Deletion

You maintain complete ownership of your accounts. You can revoke SendReach Warmer's access at any moment:

Directly from your SendReach Warmer dashboard by clicking "Remove Seed".
Directly through your Google Account Security Permissions.

Upon account removal, all associated access tokens and cached credentials are immediately and permanently erased.
